Tourism in Albania grow 20 percent this year and is expected to rise in coming months. In 2009 there was a 42 percent increase in the number of tourists visiting Albania compared to 2008. The Albanian economy had the best growth in Europe in 2008 and good growth last year, and the growth is expected to continue this year as well. Foreign investments in Albania have increased 59 percent in 2009 compared to 2008.
