Albania’s Prime Minister Sali Berisha met a group ofrepresentatives of investors in the Gose Island tourism project to beconstructed in the Gose Commune, Kavaja district, headed by Mike Wilson.
Large group of investors operating in the fields of international business development, real estate, catering, urban planning,marine civil engineering, banking and financial markets is on a visit to Tirana, to launch the resort project Gose Island.
The 1.2 billion euro investment resort will include the construction of sport complexes, which will offer accommodation for 30,000holidaymakers, including daily tourism. The project will have a great impact on economic development and employment for the entire region.
In the project will be engaged internationally prestigious partners such as Extreme Hotels, Love joy capita, European Golf Design, Metro Urbe, Real Estate Capital Group, etc.
On Tuesday the Territorial Adjustment Council of Republic of Albania approved the task for project of a general adjustment plan of Vile-Bashtove tourist area, approval of general adjustment plan of this area,as well as partial town planning studies for implementation of this plan,Commune Gose, Kavaja, which includes the project.
Prime Minister Berisha thanked the participants for presenting such an ambitious project and assured investors of the government's support.
