Albanian Government will finish on March the EU’sevaluation questionnaire for its entry bid, the Albanian Minister of EuropeanIntegration Majlinda Bregu reported.
“The Inter-ministerial Committee for Integration has completed 30 chapters of the questionnaire, while this week will be finished the last 5 chapters of the questionnaire,” the Minister Bregu said.
Minister of Integration also stressed that there all chances that the decision for Albania on visa liberalization to be taken within the first six months of 2010.
The questionnaire was received from the European Union on December 2009 with 2,280 queries to assess the Balkan country's readiness to join the bloc.
Replies to the questionnaire by Tirana, which applied for membership to the27-country bloc in April, aim to show factors including the country's political stability, status of judicial reform, and battle against corruption.
