Feb 15th - Albania is still very much a strong Investment Oppotunity for those seeking mid to long term investment return. Despite the world financial downturn, it has showed impressive economic performances, and has seen a fair amount of new development. Although Albania Property price rises are still happening on the coast and Tirana, at about 10%,the percentages were not as high as countries like Dubai, Montenegro or parts of Asia. We have always wished this to happen, as it is important to allow the property sector to show genuine and realistic price levels help keep the economy in check. A small but conistent growth also allows for more locals and foreigners to buy into the market and obtain finance through local banks. Albania has learnt from the problems caused by many other so called "advanced" countries and will keep finance under control. It still remains economically robust and growing internal incomes will cause rising demand for quality properties, and the property ladder will begin. |
